Start the business properly, once
Most people forming a company are doing it for the first time and have no way of knowing which steps actually matter. We file the entity, get the EIN, sort the registered agent and point you at the banking, so the foundation is right before you start trading.

Four things, done in order
Each one depends on the one before it. Doing them out of order is why people end up refiling.

LLC Formation
We prepare and file your Articles of Organization with the state, so the entity exists properly rather than being something you meant to get around to. Texas and all fifty states.

EIN and Tax Setup
Your federal EIN obtained and the state tax registrations that actually apply to you. Without an EIN you cannot open a business bank account or take on payroll.

Registered Agent
Every state requires a registered agent with a physical address to receive legal notices. We can act as yours, so your home address stays off the public record.

Banking and Business Credit
Guidance on opening the business bank account and separating personal from company money from day one, which is what keeps the liability protection intact and builds a credit file in the company name.
From name to open for business
Pick the name and the state
We check the name is available, tell you if it is already taken, and confirm which state makes sense for where you actually trade.
File the formation documents
Articles of Organization prepared and filed. You get the stamped copy back from the state, which is the document banks and suppliers ask for.
EIN and tax registrations
Federal EIN obtained, then whichever state registrations apply to your work. Not every business needs all of them and we will say which you can skip.
Banking and separation
Guidance on opening the account and keeping company money separate from personal, which is the part that keeps the liability protection real.
What we are and are not
We are a filing and setup service, not a law firm and not accountants. We prepare and submit the paperwork, and we explain what each step is for in plain language. We do not give legal advice on which structure suits your situation, and we do not give tax advice.
For most straightforward single owner or partner businesses that is all you need. If your situation has complications, multiple investors, unusual liability exposure, or a tax structure question, we will tell you to speak to an attorney or a CPA first. That advice costs us the job and saves you far more.
State filing fees are set by the state and paid to the state. They are separate from our fee and we do not mark them up.
Forming a company and needing a website?
Most people who form an entity need a site within weeks. Doing both together means the branding, the domain and the entity name all match from day one.
